Symi may not be famous for its beaches but its waters are lovely. The open Nano Gulf with the amazing big white pebbles on the beach has ideal waters for swimming and fishing and there is also a café-tavern.

From the most known spots on the island, Marathouda Bay is covered with lots of flora and has a water shaft. There is a small settlement with a restaurant and its beach is covered with white pebbles. After Marathouda and before Panormitis there is an open bay, where the pine tree forest goes all the way down to the uniquely colored crystal...

This picturesque port is surrounded by trees that create a unique landscape. Its beach is nice and has calm waters. In Panormitis there is of course the famous monastery, a main sight of the island, as well as restaurants and cafes.

This bay is after Panormitis and has a picturesque chapel on the hill and a small beach below it. The waters are also ideal here for swimming and exploration with a mask.

West of Gialos is Niborio Gulf with a small settlement and a beach, a landscape surrounded by green hills with white chapels. At a small distance from Niborio and before you reach Mouragio in Gialos you will meet the small beach of the Yacht Club in Symi (NOΣ), where you can sit in a café or restaurant.
